Why designers love working with us
From design to product and implementation
Are you an interior designer or architect looking for a reliable partner for bespoke curtains, flooring, window treatments, furniture, accessories and interior finishes? If so, we’d love to work with you!
From our showroom and studio in the Zuidas, we support designers in bringing their plans to life – from advice and material selection to site measurements, production, logistics and installation. You remain in creative control; we ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
What makes working with us particularly enjoyable is that we also design and create interiors ourselves. We work on residential projects as well as commercial and corporate interiors. As a result, we understand exactly how the design process works and the challenges you face as a designer on a project.
We therefore have all the necessary expertise – from design to product and implementation – in-house. This makes working with us quick, practical and efficient.
We like to work in a clear and transparent way. This is what a collaboration usually looks like:
1. Introduction
We’ll start with an initial consultation. During this meeting, we’ll get to know each other and discuss how you work, what you need from a partnership, and how we can best support each other. This way, we’ll know exactly how to provide the best possible support for your projects.
2. Off to the shop together
You’re always welcome to visit our shop with your client. Here, you can work at your leisure with materials, samples and collections. One of us will act as your point of contact and assist you where necessary with product advice, technical options and practical queries. This allows you to focus on the design and presenting it to your client.
3. Quotations & order processing
Once the decisions have been made, we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll arrange:
- Preparing the quotation – this can be sent to you or your client.
- Processing the order
- Communication with all the various suppliers
- Overseeing the process leading up to delivery
- We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, of course.
4. Surveying & implementation
We always take measurements first for all products. We then take care of the entire installation process, including, for example:
- Levelling floors
- Laying flooring or carpet
- Installation of window coverings
- Hanging curtains, delivering and assembling furniture
We always coordinate the schedule with you to ensure it fits in well with your project planning.
5. Centralised logistics via our warehouse
All ordered products are first delivered to our own warehouse. This means that:
- Deliveries arrive at a single central location
- We check the goods on receipt
- Everything is delivered from there to the project
- For you as a designer, this saves a lot of logistical and coordination work. So you don’t have to receive or store different deliveries yourself – we’ll take care of that.
6. After-sales & service
We remain involved even after completion. Should any issues arise with a product at a later date – for example, with a sofa, curtains or window coverings – you can always contact us. We have our own team that handles service enquiries and resolves any issues, visiting the site if necessary. This way, you can be sure that your customer will continue to receive excellent support even after completion. And if you have a question yourself? Then you can always give us a call. With us, you always have a dedicated point of contact.
